Refund policy
Unfortunately because every item at LilBowPeepEtc is made to or and custom for you I do not accept refunds. If there is a mistake on LilBowPeepEtc side we always want to make the issue right. Please be sure to read all wait times as posted as no refunds will be issued due to needing an item sooner than the post waits. Current wait is 2-3 weeks before shipping. Shipping times may vary due to season.
If there is a damaged product due to mail please file with the usps using the appropriate steps provided via the usps site: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Only priority mail packages qualify for a claim. When you opt out and choose First Class Mail there is no insurance unless purchased separately.
Options to insure your first class mail up to $50 are available (if you need more than that, which you should not with first class mail, please email me). If you want insurance on first class mail then you will have to select that option. If you do not I am sorry, I will NOT replace damaged items when they arrive. I URGE you to insure your packages! I see the most damages during the holidays. I say this with the best of heart and believe me I want you to have all of your items intact and I want you to be able to enjoy your items. I take great pride in my work and my business.... but I will no longer take responsibility bc the USPS fails to do their jobs. It is not fair to me and it is definitely not fair to customers. This is the solution that seems to be the best option for all.
