Please add the Name desired to the Name text box. Please check spelling. MS, Mr, Mrs, etc. Last name or first name only as that is all that will fit. If it is an extremely long name you may only get the name to fit without the Mr, Ms, or Mr.
NOTE: If you choose to ship the pen without insurance you are accepting that things can happen in shipment. I do my very best to package and ship accordingly, but for added security there is the option to add insurance or ship priority mail which includes insurance.
