This set comes with 3 of the pillow covers pictured below. You will get one of each.
This is for the COVER ONLY. You will need to get a 20 x 20 pillow insert to have it look full as pictured.
The cover itself is 18 x 18 with an zipper to insert and remove the pillow for washing.
